Start at the center of your upper lip by outlining your “cupid’s bow.” Then use short, feathery strokes from the corners of your upper lip up to your cupid’s bow. For softer definition, lightly blend in the line with your fingertip or a lip brush.
Continue by outlining your lower lip. Start at the corners and apply inward with short, feathery strokes.
Smudge inward and fill in the lipstick.

Permanent lip liner is part of permanent make up procedure.
It is a clinical cosmetic procedure.
But it is quite helpful for certain persons who are unable or find it difficult to apply make up on a regular basis because of health problems.
Persons with arthritis, Parkinson disease or any similar health problems don’t have a steady enough hand to apply make up.
In such a case permanent make up may be considered.
